About

Automation that survives contact with production.

Automate with Agentic AI is an engineering practice that designs, builds and deploys agentic AI systems. We work on a narrow problem: taking a real business process, deciding honestly whether an AI agent should own it, and then building the thing properly if the answer is yes.

What we believe about this work

Most AI pilots fail on governance, not capability. The models are good enough for a large class of routine work. What stops a pilot reaching production is that nobody wrote down what the system is allowed to do, so nobody can sign off on letting it do anything.

The boundary is the product. A written statement of what the system does alone, what it escalates, and what it must refuse is worth more than a better prompt. We write it before building, because discovering it in production is how automation earns a bad reputation inside a company.

Not everything should be automated. Some processes are too infrequent to be worth it, some are too costly to get wrong, and some are load-bearing in ways that are not obvious until they are gone. An engagement that ends with "leave this one alone" is a successful engagement.

You should be able to audit it. Every system we build logs enough to reconstruct why it did what it did. This is not a compliance checkbox. An automation whose decisions you cannot inspect is one you can never safely widen, so it stays small forever.

How we engage

Three services, deliberately sold separately: an automation audit when you do not yet know what to automate, workflow automation when you do, and MCP server development when the blocker is that your systems are not reachable by AI tools at all.

The audit is priced standalone on purpose. An audit that only makes commercial sense if you also buy the build is a sales document wearing an audit's clothes.

What we will not do

We will not quote a percentage saving before looking at your process, because that number would be invented. We will not claim results from work we have not done. Where this site states a fact, it is a fact about our method or a citable claim about the technology, and the difference matters.

Getting in touch

Describe the process you have in mind on the contact page, or write to hello@automatewithagenticai.com. You will get a straight answer about whether this is the right tool for the job, including when it is not.

Tell us what the work looks like

Describe the process you want off your team plate. You will get a straight answer on whether agents are the right tool for it, including when they are not.
